Dec 15,2023What a great product. I ordered several different products for my camera, lights and other devices. They last the longest hands down and I can charge and put them back in the different devices. Ty to all at Tenergy. Iam in my seventies I don't want to waste time driving to stores looking for the battery isle picking the battery's I need sometimes I need 4 they have only 3. Drive to another store in traffic. I am all for team Tenergy keep up with the great products.

Nov 21,2023After placing my order, a coworker asked me to make a change to it. I had only placed it hours before, so I did not think it would be an issue. There was no clear way on the website to make an alteration to the order. No big deal, I'll just call them on the phone and explain the situation.... For the rest of the day and the following day I attempted to get in touch with someone who worked there, calling multiple times, but was always kicked to voicemail. I did receive the product quickly, so they at least deserve the one star for that, but zero customer service, will not order from them again.

Nov 10,2023I ordered a battery for my flashlight and was sent the incorrect battery…I emailed your Company and they will not do a refund…battery was only over 5$. They are saying it was my fault for the incorrect battery ordered…if I return it would cost me more on shipping that the battery itself. This is rediculas on there part.
