Tennisnuts mistakenly sent the wrong pickleball balls, but once they were notified, they quickly apologized and sent replacements without waiting for the return of the incorrect ones. The incorrect ones are now in the post, but I have already received the replacements. We all make mistakes, but it's our response to them that truly matters.
