Jul 02,2024Purchase of a badminton racket went well. Delivery good. Used racket 3 times within rwo months then string snapped on the edge of the racket. No damage and no mis-use. Faulty string. Customer services not interested, as strings not under warranty. I asked for a partial refund to cover re-stringing. The last communication was that they're sorry for my inconvenience. Don't use them if you think something may go wrong. Poor customer service.

Shoes were wrong size (mixup at packing I guess), quick phone call and without any problem new were dispatched for next day delivery, and return code delivered to my email. I like smooth experience when things didn't go as planned. Important how quick and non-problematic is the company selling goods. Recommended A++
