Manufacture does not stand behind warranty and puts out a substandard product which fails within 6 months of purchase and is an inherent defect they are aware of.

Love the tent. Dealing with UPS delivery service on the other hand, is the worst incompetence I have ever experienced. It took weeks of back and forth to finally get the tent. They don’t pickup the phone, or respond to sms or emails. They sent me 3 import taxes bills and fees on top of that. Then demanded I supply all the information to avoid paying the 2 incorrect bills. After supplying them with all the information I was told by email that the case was closed. A while later I received notice that I had been handed over to a debt collection agency, and was left to deal with them. I made the order over 7 months ago and this is the first opportunity I’ve had to express my frustration about this order. Tentsile you need to review your delivery method or you are going to lose customers.

The second brand of tree tent I've owned and used for over 30 nights. This one is clearly superior. Well thought out and well made. I wouldn't want to be without one and just don't get why everyone doesn't have one.

Been camping since I was 12 in Boy Scouts, I've camped under the stars, in a tent, under a tarp, in the back of a truck and on a air mattress, this is by far my favorite. Love my stingray tent, took a while to learn how to setup and make level but wouldn't camp any other way. Highly recommend to any outdoor enthusiast.

We Love Our Tentsile - “Stingray” w/Predator Camo Really comfortable, beats sleeping on rocks. We stayed warm & comfortable in it. Everyone at the Campground loved it The Loops that are along the tent poles came in really handy. We bought two strings of ENO Twilights Camp Lights. Was bright enough we did not need lanterns & looked really cool inside and out. Also hung a fan from the loops. Highly recommend the Stingray!

I am using my Tentsile Connect through four seasons!!! When my dogs see me toss the Tentsile bag in the Jeep, they start dancing in circles to GO. When the hammock is up, or the Connect is up, they are acting crazy to get inside, they LOVE hanging out in trees! It's the darndest thing! LOL! The dogs love camping as much as I do, even when it's in the woods behind the house.
