The absolute worst I have experienced. I get the Christine whatever is under paid. Cause she is a liar with an attitude if you call her out on it. And you definitely don't wanna pay for the "overnight priority shipping" Cause it's not over night. Even tho you were verbally promised over the phone. Cause it will not be over night. There will no more phone communication on that matter. And you will not be reimbursed. Oh yeah and apparently all sales are final. Even with your 800 testo 310-2 arrives late and damaged. I should have spent the extra dollars and bought it from a brick and mortar business that will be there when I come back
I bought a vent cleaning viper from them after speaking to their sales person and specifically getting confirmation that it works for dryer vents. Upon receiving the product, I realized that the brushes provided are too big for dryer vents. I wanted to return the product in received condition. But there is no response from their sales or order team upon multiple requests. I feel that they misguided me in buying a $300 product. I would never buy anything from them in future.
They went above and beyond helping us figure out why FedEX delayed our delivery. Also: Excellent selection of equipment and parts.

Ordered Weller solder tips back in April and now receiving it in September. When I placed my order, there was no mention that they did not have it in stock. Ariana at Test equipment depot kept telling me another 2 to 3 weeks for the next 5 months. I will never order from them again. Horrible service
I ordered a Fieldpiece vacuum pump and the managers could not confirm the order for more than a WEEK. I had to call them 5 times and every time I was told that someone will send a confirmation or contact me. After a week they just canceled the order without any reasonable explanation. I think this is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with suppliers

I wasn't sure exactly what I needed to do the job, and when I called, Tony (the owner) picked up and helped guide me through all their product options. I'd give another star if I could, I really appreciate it when small businesses like Test Equipment Depot are willing to work with you to find out the best solution to my problem.

Don’t order from this company they will hold your money hostage!! A list things on eBay saying they only have one left in stock so you think you got the last one. Then you were waiting and waiting and waiting weeks with no update on your order and what’s going. It took least four different emails for them to refund my money. Stay away from the scam and company
We paid for a handheld multimeter (over 6K) on march 4th, they didn't answer the phone or emails for a month. Answered today, April 13th with one line: Estimated ship date August, 2022. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
The only reason it's not less than 3 stars is Keith in the sales department. I had an issue with a Amprobe AT-8020 while on a job the receiver wouldn't stay on. I had only used it once but it turned out to be the battery. I phoned this company, where I purchased it and explained to them I was kind of upset but this guy still hung the phone up on me leaving me in the blind as to what next to do. I panicked for sure but I didn't swear at the guy. I let them know I was disappointed in their 5 day return policy and them forcing me to phone Fluke for a resolution. I couldn't even get through to Fluke on my time so imagine being on a job that has to be completed and to have a sales person hang the phone up in your face. Keith did try to make it right but to be treated like this after spending $1200+ what a way to say thanks. Don't think I'll be going back. I'd rather pay $40 dollars more from the competition knowing that I will get some kind of support, not the cold shoulder or to hear the click from someone who is supposed to be in customer service hanging up in your face...
I ordered a multimeter. I needed it quickly because mine broke and I use one everyday at work. It shipped quickly,price was good and product was exactly as described. The guy I ordered it from gave me his name and personal # in case there was any issues. There were no issues. I highly recommend these guys based on my experience.
You dont get what is pictured/advertised! Ordered a red Rigid tool box as pictured on their website. Nothing in the listing said anything about color variation. Box I received was a dark charcoal box, not red. The last contact I had with TED, I asked them to reach out to Rigid to see if Rigid would send me a red one and a return label. I never heard back from them!
