Even though they don't operate a retail store, they allowed me to order online and pick up at their facility. Everyone there was most friendly and helpful - my thanks to Steve and Marilyn, as well as the unnamed employee who stopped what he was doing to bring me to the appropriate room.

i bought a soldering iron last year and needed a spare tip. BAM! This place had them in stock and I ordered one. Took a few days and it arrived safely. Great prices and great shipping. I am satisfied.

Product sent and arrived: BUT it had request-for-signature on FEDEX, which is unnecessary and extremely inconvenient. Instead of delivering next day, FEDEX required visit to their office to prove identity and sign. You should instead send with the standard option of signing FEDEX slip at door so that FEDEX returns and delivers next day.. D H Douglas-Hamilton
