Great experience. I had bought a clamp meter for my father-in-law and had the shipping address as his. I liked that they had called me before processing because they noticed the shipping address was different from the credit card's address. Was nice to see a company looking out for potential fraud. Package was received in 3 business days. Very pleased. Would order from them again anytime.

I use TED sometimes and they have good prices and fast shipping. The website is poorly designed. It is hard to browse for something if you want to compare different brands or don't have an exact match of the search name. Most the searches are only within one brand- lets say I want a 12" long refrigerant hose - hard to search for. I do trust them on pricing and shipping quickly. DG

I ordered recently from test equipment depot thinking they would be a great resource for me, the little guy. After a week from ordering and paying for my item i hadn't gotten anything. I emailed them yesterday and low a behold, my item will ship today. My advice is that if you need an instrument or tool from a seller, find another one! I am totally disappointed with their position. I fear that had I not contacted them, I would have been forgotten. This instrument I am purchasing will be a demo for an HVAC course at a College in Central New Mexico. Needless to say, I will recommend students to shop elsewhere.... Signed Disappointed Update: I was promised that my item will ship today. I expect to have it by Monday. I'll keep posted.. i've had very good luck with Supco products thru the years. So I purchased this manometer knowing they are quality instruments. Haven't used it very much yet. Great price and got it in 2 days.
