Some of the best similar equipment pricing on the web. The website is setup for easy purchasing, with capability for billing address, drop ship addressing, and various payment modes. Rarely do I notice shipping turnaround times any more. I mostly go for the lowest shipping rate. In this case, I had my item as fast if not faster than if I ordered with Amazon Prime. The sale price I got was also better than Amazon. Thanks for a great buying experience.

I was looking for test leads for my Fluke Meter. I didn't want cheap knock-offs. The leads I purchased were actually Fluke brand and were cheaper than some of the knock-offs I was looking at.

I ordered a Instek GDS-1054B 50 MHz, 4 Channel, Digital Storage Oscilloscope, from Test Equipment Depot for Christmas for my father. I have to say it's a great piece of equipment. However,the shipment of the oscilloscope was less than convenient. The shipment came to my house 3 times, and every time I missed it because I was at work. I called to have the FedEx location hold the shipment so that I could pick it there. They said that they could not do that since the people shipping the equipment (Test Equipment Depot) had put too many restriction on it. I then called Test Equipment Depot and got the run around and talked to about 3 people, before they told me they would call me back with an answer. When they called me back they told me there was nothing they could do. They asked me if I had another place to ship it, and the only other place I could have had them do that was to my parents house (the people who I was trying to give the gift to). I asked them if they could ship another one through another ground service, but they said that the one that was ship was the only other one they had in stock, that got me leery. How could a test equipment "depot" not even carry enough of their own equipment? I think that was a lie, and unwillingness to help. I then gave in and had them deliver it to my parents house (in a whole different state), and after my mother waited all day from 10 am to 8 pm the oscilloscope finally showed up ( I will admit that some of the problem is FedEx). I am happy that my father ended up with the correct oscilloscope, but would be extremely leery from ever ordering from this place again.

Ordered arrived as expected, but very, very fast. I spoke to customer service once (as the result of my having entered the wrong expiration date for my card) and the dude was chill, prompt, and polite.
