Jun 09,2021Thank you James for your excellent customer service. You advised me and kept me well informed all the way through my order. The delivery company (Palletways) fell down on their customer service, which was zero. The driver was supposed to have given me 30 minutes notice and gave me 5 minutes notice to get to the office and called me 3 times whilst I was on the way (stuck in roadworks) and shouted over the phone to me trying to check the address, which he already had.
