During this time of world crisis it is lovely to know that there are fellow Directors out there who really care about our business as much as their own. The service that James provided was first class. Understanding our needs for a project that involved social distancing measures in an unoccupied building which provided employment for key staff who otherwise would have no income, James went above and beyond sourcing materials for me and ensuring at the same time that commercially it worked. We would not hesitate in recommending James and his team to anyone who is really looking to build a relationship of trust with their supplier! He talked me through the booking procedure on the website helping me make the right choices. Once the order was placed I was kept updated via email of deliver times. As promised the goods were delivered on the correct day and I even received a telephone call to ask if everything was expected with the order. I take delivery of lots of orders and this is the first time any company has taken the time to make a follow up call. I would be happy to recommend That Carpet Tile Company LTD to any one.
