Dec 12,2023The staff are good and polite, arrive on time, handle all of my items with care. With good communication at the whole removing process. After taking all items from my existing house, they confirmed us to make sure no missing items need to remove. After deliver all items to our new house, they confirmed with us to make sure there is no missing items inside the truck. I would recommend The852-Home Removal for anyone in need of a home removal service. If you are people from Hong Kong, I would highly recommend because all the staff are Hong Kong people, we speak same language and with same culture, would feel more sincere and happy during the whole service.

On November the third, 2023, that was the move in date to S2 Eclipse (the new development in S2 by Keepmoat Homes Ltd) with THE EXTRAORDINARY & EXCELLENT help from THE852 HOME REMOVAL LTD, we finally made it successfully with all my stuff & luggage which was stored in the garage of a great friend of mine in Durham, getting to my new build in S2, Sheffield! The boss, Nelson, of The852 Home Removal Ltd has enormous PATIENCE, KINDNESS, ENTHUSIASM, FRIENDLINESS, POLITENESS, CARE, SINCERITY, etc helping his customers especially those from HONG KONG cuz we have the connection & something in common! Very determined to get our furnitures relocated to the designated room even the first try failed. Instead of giving up, they insisted to get it done by trying different ways.
