Each time they have been dispatched the same day, each time have been packaged very well, and a lovely note from on of the staff ☺️ One of the bears was a birthday present so didn’t want to review immediately incase it came up on viewing bears 😉. But each bear I have ordered has been a lovely version, lovely face, well kept. Sometimes they have offers on too! Love the bear garden! Completely recommend and cannot fault them. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and lovely bears! ❤️🐻🐼🧸
