Jul 07,2024I had such a wonderful experience with the bear garden. I ordered a bear and ended cancelling the order as I decided to go with a different bear that had the year of my god sons birth on it. Andrew was so helpful and kind, he canceled the first order so I could order the other one and in a lovely bit of customer service mentioned to me that I had not added a gift note to the new order and asked if I wanted to add one (which I did) I cannot recommend the bear garden enough if your look for a bear as a gift or for your son or daughter.
