Apr 23,2024Efficient service once placing my order online. Unfortunately there was a delay with receiving my order as I live in Jersey (Issues with the weather and cancellations with the Ferries). I made contact with the Bear Garden via email and they were very quick with responding to my emails and were very helpful with trying to resolve the situation. I received my Teddy Bear whereby it was observed that a lot of care had been taken to pack him carefully for his journey.
