Cannot fault this business! Brilliant online customer service all round. Delivery was faster than expected and item packaged so well. Sadly I had to return the bear (no fault of The Bear Garden whatsoever) and they couldn't be more helpful, even emailed a returns label. I have started to buy Steiff for Grandchildren on their 1st Christmas and Birthdays and from now on will only shop from The Bear Garden.
