Fast delivery to the US. I was able to find Tuffet Cat in the UK here when everywhere in the US was sold out. Great communication from JellyCat letting me know where my order was each step of the way.

Ordered a calico cat teddy for my 7 year old after we lost our pet cat. The order came quickly, well presented and protected with a sweet little note inside. Looks just like our old cat and son loves her and takes her everywhere, I can't thank the bear garden enough.

The bear is great, but this time the packaging wasn’t. The box got squashed through Royal Mail as it wasn’t sturdy enough, and only tissue paper protected the bear and her hat. Fortunately it was possible to straighten it.
