Girls buy from this great company you won’t regret it. The pants are so comfy, the cashmere tights worth every penny, so warm and comfortable. I had a problem with my bra size and ordered the wrong one and Terri spent ages sorting me out with the right bra for me. Small company with a big heart. Forget the US bras, these are the best ever.

What a fantastic company. They sell quality items and have a great customer service. I bought some knickers from them two years ago, I put some aside and used the rest. Now having lost a lot of weight I contacted them to see if they would swap my unopened ones for the size smaller. They were only too pleased to help me out. A great company who went above and beyond to help me out.

I recently bought a pack of three lace strap vests- the sizing, fit and shape is great, but all three vests have a smell a bit like petrol/diesel. I am hoping this will fade with washing as the fit is good and the quality feels good too. The three pack is decently priced too, assuming I manage to get rid of the odd smell.

I ordered the fuller cup bra originally in the 30-32 back, but found the cups too small. I was worried that sizing up to the 34-36 back would be less supportive. It was! I have a large cup and small back size, so I find it difficult to even get an underwired bra to fit. I contacted customer service and asked what they suggested. They were very friendly and helpful! They sent me a sample size of the 34-36 back without charge to try for size instead of ordering a new one and having to return two. Unfortunately, it still didn't work for me (gutted!), and I hope they release more sizes in the future. I absolutely can't fault the customer service.

Loved the knee highs. So easy to put on and so comfortable but unfortunately after wearing for a short while they slipped down to my ankles and although I pulled them up I could not get them to stay up. So disappointed

I agree with Frank's review below in that this company filter their results. The site is full of 5 star reviews which in itself is suspicious! I put up my genuine review in that I did not think they were as good as the reviews state. They are a lot of money for a mediocre fitting bra that does not give particularly good lift for larger busted women. Surprise surprise they have not published it! So in my estimation I have now given them 2 stars instead of the 3 on their website. DON'T ASK FOR FEEDBACK IF YOU CANNOT TAKE CRITICISM!!!!!!!!

Never trust a company that filters its reviews! I am disappointed with these guys. I bought a triple pack of the Lexi shorts and having looked at their feedback, decided to go a size up. They were comfy and breathable and fit well. However, now that all three have been washed once, all three have sprung holes. All of them. It’s like they’ve become brittle or something. And I’ve only worn them all twice. I’ve done nothing differently but they’re pretty much redundant now. I’m really disappointed. I tried to leave a review on their website and whaddayaknow… they filter out any bad comments. That really ticks me off. I want to see how a company deals with negative comments. Only showing five star reviews suggests to me that they’re con artists 🤷🏼‍♀️ I would’ve given them 3 stars but I’m dropping them another one for being shady.

Excellent! Can't recommend this underwear highly enough. This was my first purchase from them and these shorts are beautifully designed. There is no struggling to get them on and what particularly pleased me were the well-designed leg bands. This is the only underwear company I've come across who actually realise that an outsize woman will have outsize thighs as well! You'd think they all would, wouldn't you? But they don't. These beautifully designed and made garments do not cut into you. Such a relief, I will certainly be buying more.
