It has been our incredibly luck, that we were put through to Alvin Kadi from ChessICT. We recently made the decision to change from a land line to a wireless connection, as our copper line is being phased out. On contacting Chess and discussing our requirement. Outstanding service even though I was closing my business account. As is usual, there were problems with the new provider, and Kerry ensured there was no disruption to the service on which I rely, until the transfer was complete. Almost regret moving now, but excellent service until the very end.

Following previous reviews, things have escalated to the point that a Cheryl Galbraith is now refusing to even investigate my complaint and concerns. I have requested that I am contacted by someone in authority but this has also been refused. I can not stress how appalling this company is and would strongly recommend that anyone thinking of taking their services to them, dont!!
Excellent service provided by Vienna and her team on switching the provider service for our company mobiles. All completed quickly, on time and with no breaks in service at all on the switchover day.
