Jan 04,2024They sold me a bookset that is nothing like the description. I bought what was said to be an Illustrated with watercolours LOTR series down from £120 to £28.49. I received the product today, which is basically the same as the photos so I was hopeful (the photos only show the cover of the books) but upon looking at the products there were no illustrations at all. None whatsoever. Also the box it came in said retail price for UK is £38.99 so it isnt £120 to begin with. They’re making it look like this was such a catch. Quite disappointing.

Dec 21,2023Having just ordered, found that another member of the family had already bought the early reading book set. 6 minutes after my order, I emailed customer support as per the website, asking not to proceed with my order. No answer, sent a reminder 3 days later, no answer. The only thing they got right amidst their arrogance was the book delivery though condition unknown! The discount offered by signing up was not honoured either! Companies like this deserve to fail!
