Nov 14,2023I purchased a box set and unfortunately this was received as damaged. The outer packaging was intact and undamaged so clearly this has been sent in this condition by them. They have a phone number which you are unable to reach them on, and they do not reply to any emails. Clearly there is no concept of customer service. This was intended to be a gift, so really disappointed that they cannot be bothered to promptly reply. I would have settled for an exchange, but given the lack of response, I will be trying to get a refund. My advice: pay using PayPal so you can promptly make a claim if something goes wrong. If the funds are not released to them, I am sure they will quickly start to pay attention:

Nov 14,2023Last week, I ordered a book as a birthday present for a friend. Sadly, the book arrived with damaged packaging and as a result, the book itself was damaged. I contacted Customer Services on 10 Nov and despite the website stating that customer services aim to reply within one day, no one has responded. I also tried to contact Customer Services by telephone but there was a recorded message stating the mail box was full. Unfortunately, due to the poor state of the book, I was unable to gift it and therefore, I have wasted time and money. I am waiting for Customer Services to contact me in order to arrange a full refund of the book and postage costs.
