How on earth is this company getting such good ratings? I ordered from them on Sunday evening and apart from a confirmation that they have my order, its been four days and i've heard nothing! How can you operate as a company when you're so slow at dealing with orders. I used The Book Bundle because I always try not to use Amazon if I can and use smaller suppliers instead, but I regret it now. Amazon would have had the order here two days ago, my order with The Book Bundle hasn't even been looked at!
