I was trying to find some books for a gift and I came across the book bundle website. My first thought was "I've never heard of them, let's check Trustpilot". I checked the reviews, and thought that was legit, great. Placed my order and then paid for Fedex Express 24h. Well, have I got my parcel delivered? No. Did I email them? Yes, no response. Did I call them? Yes, many times and no answer. What I great customer service! Now I don't know if I will get my parcel or not. I can't understand the good reviews here related to "good service". How? They don't answer any channel or communicate with you saying that your delivery is delayed? Ridiculous! Don't shop with them! SCAM

I ordered a box set of books for my son, that he was after. They was £10 cheaper on TheBookBundle than anywhere else. Once I placed my ordered, I was kept up to date with the details of my delivery and they arrived within a few days, in great condition and I have one happy boy.
