Sep 06,2020Great customer service!!! I purchased a Trezor hardware wallet and it was a week late and still not here. I emailed a stern email explaining the situation and that I was very annoyed that it hadn't arrived. Even though it was probably just an issue with the shipper they apologized and gave me a $10 refund. I will use them again.
