Mar 12,2024This is the second time I have placed an order with the Dj shop. This time the item I ordered was out of stock. Was offered an alternative set of speakers, a refund or I could wait till they were in stock. I choose the latter. Two months later still wasn’t in stock in the colour I wanted though they did have it in black. Requested they send me the black ones. Got it delivered pretty much the next day. Communications good, they’re very quick to answer most of the time. Pleasure to deal with. Thank you guys.

Mar 07,2024Being self employed it's hard to get credit to make it easier to pay off over a few months. This is one of the only DJ shops that accept Clear Pay which helped out enormously. I bought a laser from them which turned up quickly next day for an event I was holding that evening. So they didn't let me down. Top job all round. I'll be back for more things very soon.

Mar 02,2024I am extremely disappointment with the customer service I have received from DJ Shop regarding a recent purchase. Two weeks ago, I received a bubble machine from your store, only to discover upon opening that it was broken. I promptly notified DJ Shop, providing pictures of the damaged product, and was asked to supply the serial number, which I did without hesitation. Despite my efforts to communicate the issue, I found myself repeatedly having to chase for updates. After a week had passed, DJ Shop informed me that they needed to consult with the manufacturer, Ibiza, regarding the problem. Additionally, they mentioned that they were arranging a replacement bubble machine of a different type, but assured me that it would be provided at the same cost. Unfortunately, the situation escalated when I called last week and was met with appalling rudeness from a staff member named Sam. During our conversation, he displayed an incredibly disrespectful attitude, stating "can you just answer the question" in a dismissive manner. Both my friend and my husband were witness to this conversation, as I had the call on loudspeaker. I am utterly appalled by the treatment I received over the phone. This has been my first experience dealing with DJ Shop, and I can confidently say that it will be my last. The lack of professionalism and respect demonstrated by your staff is unacceptable. I urge DJ Shop to prioritize improving its customer service practices to prevent further instances of dissatisfaction among its clientele.
