Nov 07,2023Great all round experience. Being the old fart I am, I needed to speak to a human to help me choose exactly what I needed, and the phone was answered both times immediately. Patient advice and super fast despatch. I did have a small issue once it arrived and this was resolved without aggravation. They sent out the replacement the very next day and even gave me the postage to return the original item ! You don't get service like this as standard many places these days. Thanks chaps 👊
