Oct 31,2024I ordered a rmx remix station last November for my partners birthday, the product was in very high demand so I did need to wait a while. However, the DJ shop were great in providing updates whenever I emailed or called. I had an issue with the finance company I had placed the order with (no fault of the dj shop) and the the staff at the dj shop kindly kept hold of my order until I had sorted the problem out as they knew how long I had been waiting for it. They sent it out straight away and it was received in 2 days! Thankyou so much everyone’

Oct 21,2024Purchased a very expensive Controller, fast service BUT the packaging it arrived it was just black shrink wrap wrapped around the box! The box was damaged on arrival too. I don't know why it was not boxed inside another box for protection. A few days later I received the deck saver for it, and again only wrapped in black shrink wrap, with very slight damage to the corner of the deck saver. Usually order my gear from another well known dj supplier and everything is packed within a box with bubble wrap. Won't be ordering again for this reason. Great service and fast time but the packaging let you down 👎 P.s hope i win the headphones 👍🙈
