I do a lot of blind buying on here, so, even if I buy one, I’m not loving it’s easy to trade on the Facebook swap groups! Seems like there’s always somebody looking for what you got, so I never feel like I’m wasting money! Thank you DUA keep bringing the fire!!

Aug 02,2023Great experience with Dua. I made probably 5 different orders different days. I was tracking my orders. And seen only one was being processed. No big deal until day 3 or 4. And I began to worry. When my first order was delivered. I was shocked it needed to have a signature. I opened the box to find all of my orders in there. What a pleasure and sight to see. Everything I ordered was processed together. What a company. And I love the smells.

Aug 02,2023This company is not trustworthy, they don’t ship items on time, it took them almost a week to dispatch my item. I sent them three emails asking to cancel my item, they ignore my emails and still shipped it. I am asking for a return label they ignore me again. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Aug 01,2023I decided to give Dua a shot after watching Cubaknow on YouTube. I figured it couldn't hurt to look. My first purchase was Drowning in Bleu Tux. Great fragrance! I then bought Black Widow as I already have Black Phantom by Kilian. It was a damn good dupe. After that, I was sold on Dua :)

Aug 01,2023Their customer service is quick to respond and make changes. And if there are any issues, they go over and beyond to compensate. I had purchased a duplicate fragrance and requested it to swapped for another one and they promptly replied less than 24 hrs to make changes. Another time when I wrote to them about some of the fragrance leaking, they replaced them.

Aug 01,2023I started purchasing from the company back in March 2023 and now have over 55 fragrances (most of them full size). Of my collection, I truly dislike only 1 fragrance which is incredible! Most of my collection are heavy hitters and smell super unique where I know many people around me will not be smelling this good besides me ha! They have a great fragrance chemist to match super niche fragrance houses and even designers. I’ve never had to contact customer service for any issue so I can not attest to how well they handle customers. Their prices are reasonable and often have great coupon codes over the weekend. I’m certainly a customer for life. There is something for everyone here.

Aug 01,2023I believe the fragrances I've purchase so far are solid. Some needed time and weren't ready upon arrival but after introducing air via spraying and time they became really good. I have no complaints and continue to purchase until giving a reason to no longer do so.

Aug 01,2023Be careful with what you buy. They do not accept exchanges or returns. Even if a scent loses its smell after a month. I liked a lot of their fragrances but they made an error and a bad customer service move that’s going to hinder me from purchasing from them again. They don’t put customers first.

Aug 01,2023The perfume was amazing, Creamy Coquito. Loved it. Although I did not pay full price, had a coupon discount, I do feel the price of $60 for these small bottles, is a bit to much. I know Creamy Coquito is your original and that's ok. On the imitation ones I feel the products might be a bit overpriced. But in general, this particular perfume is a masterpiece and I love it. For that alone, I will come back to check on some more of your originals.
