Dec 07,2024Happy with the colognes but so disappointed with company jokes I mean they suppose to have a good black friday deal so if your order more than 150 dollars they give you a mystery gift wich is like 20 pieces of small paper that I can use it for nothing so disappointed what a joke, so don't believe on their marketing or I should say on they offers or deals because it's a trick that way you spend more money for a mystery gift wich is up to 35 dollars and i mean I don't even pay a dollar for that pieces of paper so very very bad marketing.

Nov 26,2024Dua, will you marry me???? I absolutely love The Dua Brand. The absolute BEST customer service. I have accidentally ordered two of the same items and they let me swap, I have accidentally clicked buy before my coupon and they refunded me. I have received broken bottles and they quickly sent out another or give me credit. I will be a Dua FOR LIFE♥️

Nov 21,2024Fragrances seem fine I guess, but buying from The Dua Brand was a pain! Took nearly a month to receive the one fragrance and when you try and call the company, no one answers EVER! Poor presentation for the cost ..both fragrances came in nondescript black pouches. Unfortunate because I wanted to gift one but now it would look like I was re-gifting. ☹️ wasn’t worth the hassle

Oct 29,2024I was dumb enough to buy a fragrance without reading the return policy. I work at Macy's in men's fragrance and we let people make returns even on used bottles (i guess we just care more if someone isn't happy.) I was told they don't even do an exchange because "it could have been tampered with...give me a break. Won't be buying from them again...I'm out about 50$ so it wasn't that cheap.

Oct 12,2024I would give negative stars if I could. I bought "Party in August" after reading reviews that it smells exactly like the August perfume from Hollister. First it smells NOTHING like the August perfume. Secondly, the box arrived opened and unsealed. Thirdly, I contacted customer service and explained the issue and they refuse to offer me a refund. I WILL NEVER purchase from the Dua Brand again.

Oct 09,2024I’m so grateful for the wonderful fragrances and the shipping insurance! I wish all bottles would come in the boxes bc a lot of times if I have a big order and they’re in the bags a bottle or two will break. However they are always quickly replaced through the shipping insurance company!

Oct 02,2024Great prices. Well packaged products. I took off 1 star bc out of 5 frags 3 were scrubbers. Without samples,going on reviews, so ultimately it is on me. I am hoping that they just need to macerate. Otherwise, will look into purchasing again! Thx!!

Sep 25,2024Upon delivery I knew something was wrong. Box was oily and stained and the invoice inside oil stained. One bottle was fine but the other smashed to pieces. I received a gift card however did not compensate for the total of replacement product + 30USD shipping. It’s a shame this was my first experience as the scent itself is beautiful. I ordered Man Card VIP.
