The First Aid Team is dedicated to providing first class, fully certified First Aid training to companies and individuals throughout Devon, Kent and Sussex. We run regular open courses in Hastings, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells, and can travel throughout the country to meet the requirements of organisations, groups and businesses.

The trainer's knowledge was superb and his friendliness put us both at ease leading to a relaxed atmosphere and overall a very educational day!

I liked the way she also got us all interacting with each other too! I hope the first aid I have learnt won’t be need to be put into practice but feel confident enough if I do.

Mar 29,2022My instructor made the day. She managed to balance being thorough, informative and happy to answer questions, with being friendly, and funny in a gallows-humour kind of way. She was sensitive to my squeamishness over some of the graphic images, and warned me about them in advance which I really appreciated. I came away feeling like I'd really learned something useful, that I can confidently apply if ever called upon to do so.
