The First Aid Team is dedicated to providing first class, fully certified First Aid training to companies and individuals throughout Devon, Kent and Sussex. We run regular open courses in Hastings, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells, and can travel throughout the country to meet the requirements of organisations, groups and businesses.

The content of the day was very comprehensive covering a wide range of topics appropriate to the work that I do. The trainer was very professional and approachable allowing questions to be asked at any point. I would thoroughly recommend this course.

THe trainer was very great at ensuring all our questions were answered as well as going over each point until we were confident in what we needed to do. He also reminded us to practice to ensure we can recall what we need to do if ever we needed to use the skills we were taught as well as looking at how we as a school keep our selves informed. Also, looking at the impact to COVID-19 and how to keep ourselves safe was a relief as this is something I was worried about. Thank you

I felt that I learnt more than I thought I would and was particularly struck by how easy it was to operate a defibrillator! Would definitely recommend

May 04,2021Vicky visited us at our office/warehouse at the end of April 2021. She engaged the participants and kept up the momentum. Vicky ensured everyone was fully engaged and gave examples to back up her teaching. The practical training gave us all experience of how to resuscitate with the dummies. We all thoroughly enjoyed the course.

They offer the full range of courses we need at a realistic price, and booking and payment is easy. The courses are always well run, with a good mix of content to keep the day(s) engaging for trainees. I'd fully recommend the First Aid Team to anyone needing to arrange first aid training.

Nov 10,2021The trainer was very well informed about his subject with real life examples to bring question answers to life. Training pitched at the right level in assuming that a basic level of understanding was held by trainees but not in any way patronising learned a lot in a friendly and professional way. Recommended this company without reservation.
