Feb 22,2025I ordered one of your toys almost a month ago and never received it. You lie when you advertise 2 to 3 days delivery to the US. Never again will I buy anything from you. You refused to give me a refund so you basically stole my money.

Feb 12,2025The flying orb toy were difficult to charge. The stop button were inside and impossible to use. Remote button did not work. The company was hard to deal with not friendly. I needed to call my credit card to dispute the charge. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to order that directly from them. After 5-6 emails and goose chase to try to get a return label for the product -they are asking to prove it with picture …video ets…no return label received . 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 stay away from company like this. They return policy is 60 day after purchase not Questioning for any explanation !

Jan 06,2025I bought one for my daughter for Christmas. WHAT A MISTAKE! The orb does not return like advertised, and the charge only last for less that a minute. I repeatedly asked for a refund and they keep refusing! This thing is garbage!

Jan 05,2025This is a SCAM! They send a product that doesn't work, and then send you on a wild goose chase to try to get a refund, because they have no intention of refunding for any reason. I should've known by the weird spelling and am kicking myself that I didn't look here first. Not only did I end up without a christmas gift for my dad, but I lost the money completely. Don't make the same mistake.

Dec 11,2024Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! My 2 orbs didn’t work, but you can’t get a hold of anybody by telephone or email. On my bank statement, it lists them in Sheridan, WY, but they were mailed from somewhere in the eastern US. I truly believe they are scammers. It’s sad they will work so hard at scamming when they could work hard at a legit job. I will pray for their salvation. Eternity is forever.

Feb 03,2024They stole almost $100 of my hard earned money!! I ordered 4 orbs. They never showed up. They finally sent a tracking number that was a scam as well. It's supposedly been sitting in Jamaica,NY since Dec. 18th!! They won't call or respond to emails. They need to be SHUT DOWN NOW!!!!!!

Dec 21,2023They sent a product that worked as intended, FOR1 MINUTE. Then the LED strip came loose and broke off. It has been 6 weeks of sending them photo and video proof of the defective toy. They keep saying that they will send a replacement, but I want a refund - just as they promise on their web site.

Nov 16,2023Ordered 2 for Christmas presents. I received them and charged them fully to see if they work. The first one didn’t even spin and the second one only lasted 5 minutes. You need a shipping label to return them except they won’t give me one. Multiple emails have been sent. Along with pictures and videos still no shipping label! They want me to agree too replacements. When I say no the dialogue stops! Been trying for 3 days now.

I ordered the Cosmic Blue Fly Orbb, they took my money, they said it was on it's way, then I received a message it was delivered on October 12, 2023 but, it was not. I sent 4 emails since then and although they say they respond within 24 hours, I have yet to receive a reply from them and it is now November 4, 2023. I called there telephone number and got a message advising to send an email. Do not buy from The Fly Orbb, save your money and buy elsewhere! Do not flush your well earned money down the toilet like I had to!

Mar 11,2023Defective remote control. Orb is a cheap copy that vibrates violently and does not fly. Cheap plastic materials that will break if bump into things. No replies to emails! This is a scam, not the original fly orb! AVOID!

Feb 10,2023This company is the worst I've ever done business with. It took more than a month, almost two, to get the products which were promised to arrive within the week of ordering them. When it was clear they would arrive way too late I contacted them to cancel the order and they wouldn't allow me to. Then when they did arrive, one broke the first time it was used and bumped a chair. The Orbbs DO NOT hold a charge for more than a few minutes. All four of mine are defective. I have been in a dispute case since EARLY DECEMBER with PayPal over the purchases made from this illegitimate scammer company. I just want to return these pieces of junk. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

Feb 07,2023wish there was an option for zero stars! some friends had "the fly orb" that we played with in the kitchen at christmas, they were soo cool that I ordered some but accidently didnt search long enough and found this scam of a company. They ripped off the original "fly orb". I should have noticed the name "fly orbb". I got my items but they're junk! different than my friends. heavy on the top so they flip over. vibrates badly. and says 60 days return, well they're not answering my emails. Too many scammers in today's world...

Jan 20,2023Has to be a scam. Just like others have posted, ordered December 16th, still haven’t gotten it. Tracking is crazy nonsense and now finally today (Jan 19) says undeliverable, shocker…. Do not order from this company, wish I had seen these reviews before I had ordered:(

Jan 18,2023Do NOT order from this company. The advertised shipping dates and promise of express shipping are false and deceptive. I placed my order on December 19 and received it on January 17. I sent a couple of email inquiries and did receive responses stating that there were shipping delays and to be patient. The tracking info was no help. The first link was not valid with “page not shown.’ The orb also appears to be poorly made so we will see how long it lasts. This has been a most frustrating experience.

Feb 23,2025DONOT BUY!!! Same experience as others. It did arrive but does not hold a charge for more than a minute, does not shut off when shaken as advertised and simply does not levitate or fly. I hope Mastercard takes their money back Mine came from an address in NJ. Shut them down!
