Feb 22,2021Have ordered from The Garden Shop a few times over the last two years but my two recent orders both had issues- one order was delivered to the completely wrong house and blocked up a farm entrance (it was a large and heavy order delivered by a truck). The cocooning elderly person living there had to come over to tell us, we are also cocooning. Not great. This was despite the Eircode being provided and a house description, had to call the courier to persuade him to come back to move it. The order had damaged items also due to poor packing- pots left loosely on top. Gave them another chance since I had previously good experience with them. Next order was missing another item and the replacement for the previous damaged items were the wrong size. I have requested a refund now for these and will not be ordering again. Very disappointing.
