Apr 01,2022I am very disappointed with the service I received from this company. I ordered a strimmer replacement head on the 28th March and was told just now by telephone, on the 1st April, it has not been sent yet. I live within 1 hour of this company and after 5 days they have not processed my order. Disgraceful. It is now the 5th April and still no sign of my strimmer head. By the time it gets here the grass will have gone to seed.

I’ve ordered everything from garden tools, fencing stakes, seeds, solar lights, wire and everything in between and have never been disappointed. It’s fantastic to have a reliable one stop shop and I look forward to dealing with them for many years to come.

Jul 13,2021I've been using the Garden shop for years now, and they've been very reliable, great quality produce and quick service, most recently I purchased one of their polytunnels and I discovered a fault with some of the zips on the cover, no sooner had I e mailed to tell them about it I got a reply and the next day they had arranged for a replacement cover to be sent to me. No delays, no messing. Great stuff.
