Dec 08,2021The tiny set screws holding the handles on my tub faucets were stuck. I tried other remover tools but everything was too big or did not fit. The Micro Grabit was available at our local store and looked like it might work. It did very well. Got the job done quickly. Unfortunately I had broken the smallest bit. Went online and bought a couple replacement bits plus a new complete set. Prices are not cheap, BUT they work great! AND the Grabit was the ONLY tool that worked. Everything shipped quickly. Great tool, great customer service!

Aug 31,2021This tool works as advertised, With shipping to Toronto Canada I paid around $CAD 50.00. I needed to remove a damaged set screw so I could change a cylinder lock on a commercial metal door. The locksmith gave me a quote of $CAD 70.00 to come and drill out the set screw. It has been 2 weeks and the package has made it to New Jersey, on its way to the west coast of Canada. We have no idea when it will be received, maybe 2 months the way it is going.

Jul 07,2021I followed directions and was unable to drill into the bolt in order to set the extractor. Bit dulled very quickly. Delivery and sit navigation was good. Sorry it didn't work. Seemed like a workable solution.
