Nov 23,2020Good product, fast shipping with tracking, and guaranteed not to be a fake from other websites since it is direct from the manufacturer. Website was laid out well and checkout was easy. There are also videos on how to use the product, just make sure it is counterclockwise!

Nov 05,2020TheGrabitStore.com's site isn't shady like other Grabit dealers. Customer Service is handled by real people rather than computers, which makes a huge difference. I wish they sold more tools so I could buy more stuff from them!

Oct 15,2020Amazing product. A bolt holding the arm of my office chair broke. I drilled into it maybe 1/8" and used the Grabit bit to extract it. It worked flawlessly. I replaced the bolt in the chair and now don't have to purchase a new chair. Well worth the cost! I would definitely recommend this product.
