The jury is out for the effectiveness of this product because you have to wash your hair very often for so many weeks. I have not had the product that long. I am only using the shampoo with no conditional but it seems just okay. Hair does get a bit dry and flyaway. On the whole the experience of shopping was fine and I am pleased with the product

Could not believe how quick their service was. Forgot to call in to pick up toner to do my hair over the weekend. Decided to order it online so it would be delivered on the Monday. Ordered on Friday morning and it was delivered Sat morning!
