May 29,2023Some good items that I hadn't been able to find elsewhere, great prices, stock system and packing could be better. Because some of the items weren't in stock when it came to packing, I received them quite a bit later. There was no low stock warning when I ordered, so I naturally did not expect to receive half my items later. No response to my enquiry email, so I only knew what the issue had been when I read the invoice. I would like to say that this order went well compared to others at the time, but this is why I can't give 5 stars

May 09,2023I wasn’t really sure what I needed. I called but the call was unanswered-to my surprise my call was returned after only a few minutes even though I hadn’t left a message. I spoke to Mark and he was extremely patient and kind. I could feel myself rambling as I was calling following a hospital appointment that didn’t give good news so was feeling chaotic but Mark made me feel calmer and together we devised a plan.
