The website was easy to use and they stock a good range of products. Goods arrived next day by 10.30am. Unfortunately there had been a mix up and I recieved the wrong item, however, upon calling Mark, he assured me he would send my order out again that day, free of charge despite me offering to pay for postage and additionally I was allowed to keep the item that had been sent by mistake! The package arrived again the next day by 10.30am with the correct item and some extra goodies (CBD Lollies and sweets) to make up for the inconvenience. In short, good website, very good range of products, reasonably priced and exellent customer service. Will definitely use again.

I find Mark to be very knowledgeable and he is very honest if you put your questions to him. Due to this positive interaction, I feel I can experiment with different products until I find the one that works for me. I am still looking, but I feel I am going in the right direction.

Excellent help deciding what product to choose, I nearly gave it 4 stars but that would be unfair as I am still waiting for the pain to get better but its only day 2!
