She replied to me so quickly, and set up a call with Gareth, within a day. Gareth's approach was calm, sensible, quick and helpful. It turned out the best approach was no further servcies from The Insolvency Company, and that was fine. There was no attempt to try to earn money, or generate more business. just a first class service. Thank you guys!
