Jul 09,2021I tried it for the first time last month. From than I'm using this laundry every week. Extremely Quick and really brilliant service. This laundry seriously deserve more than even 6 stars. Their Staff is amazing (over the phone and also the driver). I will highly recommend this laundry to everybody. They're beyond the expectation. Thank you very much guys for your service.

Jul 03,2021Not the best service for the price I chose premium detergent and softener but doesn’t smell like it and clothes still had lots of stains after explaining I have a baby! Also tried put collection back a day otherwise a friendly service just a shame the service doesn’t reflect the price with regards to the actual washing of ur items! I actually bought a new washing machine as opposed to waiting for it to be fixed and pay the same amount if not more for a very basic service

Mar 08,2021Order placed On Feb 15, sent email to cancel almost immediately. Confirmation of cancel, no refund. Chased refund multiple times. Finally refund confirmed Mon 8 March. Had I not have chased, I wouldn't have received this. Just shoddy really.

I am now a long time customer... this company have 6 STAR customer service , all my laundries delivered to me PERFECT FRESH WRAPPED folded PERFECTLY - jus PHENOMENAL.. TRULY - iv have rarely ever experience this high standard of customer care an loyal to taking care of they customers like here through any problem or worries.. - I still jus am ABSOLUTE BLOWN AWAY AN BEYOND - the extra mile an are there for any questions or concern .... all that i can say is ... I URGE U TRY LAUNDRYMAN.. start middle an finish u really really really have be the true cut above ALL the rests .. Jun 16,2019I've had many items, from general laundry to tuxedos and full suits laundered for many years. That said I've recently come across this service on Google when located in Manchetsr while looking for a solution which was timely, reliable and with a good standard of clean. If these are aspects of service which you seek to I would highly recommend the Laundry Man App. I've found that they come out to collect on the same day and with short notice. This also included a professional and customer centric approach and to top it off they have fantastic rates, very reasonable especially considering I don't need to lift a finger from pick up to collection, only needing to use a simple app to complete the whole process! To the point. I'd highly recommend to anyone who needs timely well completed laundry picked up and delivered at a great price on days and times that suit your needs. 10/10
