Hi. I am very disappointed with the purchase. It had to be a Christmas present for my mother-in-law, but the quality of the mirror glass is very poor. The mirror distorts the reflection too much. The customer service and delivery are very good, but the quality of the mirror is very low.

Lovely mirror, delivery person very good & careful. Unfortunately the mirror was scratched/some paint missing on the bottom. Only small bits but nevertheless disappointing and suggests that it hadn’t been checked properly by the manufacturer. The delivery person took a photograph of the damaged bits & we assumed he would report it to someone but so far we have heard nothing.

Mirror was delivered on time , really well packaged but when i got it out of the packaging it was cracked in two places , unbelievable considering how well it was packed .

Was exactly what we asked for and delivered when stated. Delivery men where very good phone before delivery and when it arrived they unpacked it checked and photographed it.
