So I was not particularly happy with a couple of aspects of the order (the vintage aspect of the finish plus a crack on one of the edges) and spoke to customer services who provided some advice. I was also contacted by the owner and everything was resolved. Great customer service

I bought a Mayfair overmantle mirror which was absolutely beautiful but it was a bit small for our rather large fireplace (I had hoped when I measured up it would be ideal but sadly not seeing it in situ). I had really great customer service and responses from Tamer Lonsdale when I enquired about returning it and who organised its return. The delivery company they used was very good (APC) and it arrived very soon after ordering. Likewise the collection service was seamless and the money was refunded very swiftly. The mirror was beautiful and was excellent value for money, I was gutted that I had to return it but I am grateful for the excellent, personal and prompt responses I received from Tamer. Great product and great customer service.
