Jan 05,2021This was our first time using a points broker since we had to book long haul flights on a particular route and airline. (Usually we're more flexible and are able to find inexpensive fares ourselves). Karan was fantastic from start to finish with helping secure us an Emirates upgrade. I will now consider using brokers in the future for business and first class travel, and the Points Trader will be my go to.
