Feb 06,2018It's always bit nerving sending thousands of dollars first for the promise of points few days later! No credit card charge allowed but a straight wire from your bank account, not to an escrow account but to a unknown company operating as a DBA. But I took the plunge after speaking with a great sales rep - Karan! And bought 300K miles! End result is a First Class RT from NY- Singapore for thousands less than what I would have paid for the lowest fare Business Class. But before recommending to a close friend, with bit of research and help from the staff, I was able to find out that the parent company Platea Inc is a large printing and media company headquartered in California. I'm assuming their staff flies around a lot and found a way to save money on travel and launched a division. So, for all my long-distance travel, I'm going with Points Trader! Eliot K

This is especially helpful to me as I am a first time customer and had many concerns/ questions initially. Strong recommendations to people who are clueless about points purchase and want to find a trustworthy online trader.

But the points was transferred about 3 days after I transfer the money, so I am really very happy about the transaction. Karan was very responsive and efficient, I will definitely do more business with the Points Trader in future.

Jul 13,2017Very fast response to queries. A little scary to be honest for the first time wiring money and waiting for the points to be credited. However the points arrived one day after the wire, real fast. Very happy with service and the price paid for the points . Will definitely recommend if you need points to travel.

Karan always made sure I was involved in every step of the purchase transaction and recommended safety measures. He followed up a month after to let me know it was time to process my SPG transfer and made sure to let me know when it was deducted from the account.
