Fantastic customer experience. I was in the process of moving and needed the chairs to arrive on a specific date and this was kindly arranged. The customer service from Charlie was really great and made the entire experience feel more bespoke. Wishbone chairs came exactly as described and no building required. Highly recommend and will be shopping again!

Very excited to receive my lampshade, easy to fit and looked great. Unfortunately I hadn’t thought about the play of light on an open weave structure and as I suffer from migraine visual auras I couldn’t look at the shade in case it brought on a migraine. Sadly had to return which was an easy procedure. Would be happy to purchase other items in future.

The whole experience was easy, quick and understandable. I found the site simple to find and see the products, ordering instructions were clear and I received a confirmation email within seconds. Delivery was fairly fast and the product is exactly as shown on the site!

Amazing customer service throughout. Always very quick to reply to my queries and have bent over backwards to help make ordering etc as easy as possible. We love the moses basket as does our little one. Packaging lovely. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Wonderful company, service and products! We bought some lovely chairs in the sale and were slightly nervous as we couldn’t see them in person before buying. We shouldn’t have worried, they’re gorgeous. We requested a slightly delayed delivery due to moving house and this was arranged for exactly the right day, no bother at all. Highly recommend.

I ordered two dining room chairs for my daughter's new house in London UK and she was pleased with them, so she requested two more. I ordered them, but only one was delivered. There had not been a prompt and effective response to her queries. As an update - the company did reach out to her and confirmed the error and organized a new delivery date. A very positive outcome!

I ordered the Bali headboard and was not disappointed. I’m so pleased with it and can’t wait to put it together with my new bed. Delivery from this company was very quick and item was well packaged. I would recommend using The Rattan Company if you are looking for something different and for good customer service.

Such lovely quality and exactly what I was wanting for my little girls first big bed! Customer service was also really good and very quick delivery, well packaged and really liked the lack of plastic used in the packaging for delivery.

The bamboo rocking crib and woven baby basket came by their predicted delivery date. They are both beautiful and excellent quality. We are delighted with them and cannot wait for baby to arrive and for us to begin to use them. We would definitely order from them again!

Order and delivery were smooth and efficient start to finish. Bolts to attach the seat to the legs were difficult to screw as the threads were not smooth. The rattan is spaced out a little more than expected but still okay. The seats would benefit from a seat cushion also and are slightly on the narrow side so a little tight to sit in for some. They do look beautiful and everyone who has seen them has commented how great they look.

Prompt service, barstools look amazing and very sturdy. Had lots of positive comments already. Small fault with one chair caused by Parcelforce, but Rattan Company sorted it without question or hesitation. Would order from them again.

Thanks for being kind and understanding to my MIL. We both bought sheets and protectors which fit perfectly. A little pricy compared to others but feel good quality. Be great if you did other colours/patterns. 😀

Great service from The Rattan Company, my item was delivered the day after the order was placed and looks fantastic. I ordered the kids rattan storage bench but use it in my own bedroom. I would definitely recommend their products and service.

Beautiful product (rattan mirror) which looks lovely in my daughter’s room. There was an issue with delivery (not the company’s fault) but they were really responsive on e-mail and solved the problem immediately. Perfect customer service.

The changing basket is beautiful, just what we wanted and very well made. Unfortunately the liner suggested is too small for the basket, but The Rattan Company customer service team gave me a refund for this very promptly. Thank you!

The moses basket stand is lovely once put together, but the quality of the construction is poor. We had to screw it together over two days because it was such hard work to get the screws in - seems this has been made in China to a low standard. Given the price, it would be better to have it at least part assembled rather than leaving the user to struggle for hours. Note - I see a response below and would flag to the company that the only other review on trustpilot of the moses basket stand complains of the same issue.

I absolutely love my rocking stand for my Moses basket. It is a high quality design and looks beautiful. The delivery was really quick and minimal packaging was used - which is a bonus for disposal but also the environment. The only niggle I have is that putting the stand together took a lot more effort than I would have thought. The screws were really hard to fit in. A large drill hole would have made this a lot easier. It took us much longer to put together because of this and my husband had to take breaks because of the effort used.

Great product, well made and stylish. We were impressed with the bar stools from the images on the website and when the stools arrived they did not disappoint. We liked the fact that they are made from sustainable material. They look great and are very comfortable. Good customer service and they were delivered quite promptly.

Great customer service. I contacted them to ask about some bar stools coming back into stock that I was very keen to buy. A very quick response and they even offered to put the stock up on line before they were quite ready to in order for me to buy them there and then, really great. Delivery was prompt and I am delighted with the stools. Very good quality, solid heavy base and lovely rattan weave. I think excellent value compared to many other similar priced, poorer quality stools.
