The content is incredibly relevant and perfectly tailored for professionals in the talent-sourcing industry. Dec 07,2024I am just one module short of finishing Vanessa’s course and I can’t even put in words how incredible this course has been. I took the whole Talent Course for non tech recruiters as I am in the pharmaceutical space and I was mostly interested originally in using the whole of the internet to find candidates that no one else can and also how to get a higher response rate to my outreach to candidates. So although the topic of building my digital brand wasn’t initially what I was most interested in, it was proven an incredible source of information. I learnt so much in the space of the last 2 months. I think if you would tell me that tomorrow you’d take my LinkedIn recruiter license away, I would still be able to perform my job. This course is by no doubt the best course I’ve ever done. I can’t be thankful enough. If you have any doubt, just take it and you won’t regret it! Thank you Vanessa

Feb 12,2024As a technical sourcer, I found this training session to be a delightful refresher. Having had the privilege of training with multiple Talent giants, Vanessa is undoubtedly one of them. While some content revisited familiar territory, there was a plethora of new, meaty information that kept me thoroughly engaged—I even managed to complete three courses over a single weekend; that's just how captivating it was. I now feel incredibly confident in my ability to conduct talent sourcing with enhanced proficiency. My gratitude to Vanessa is immense. This training program would be incredibly beneficial for individuals starting out in sourcing as well, it is talent sourcing on steroids!!! Vanessa's pacing caters to all types of learners, and her use of relevant examples further enriches the learning experience.

Dec 13,2023I had been following Vanessa before I signed up for her training, and I was surprised that she scheduled a call to discuss the program with my boss and me. She didn't delegate the call to an assistant, or send me to an automated chatbot. The training was very thorough and easy to follow. Vanessa is great, she checks in, offers tips, and keeps me motivated. 5 stars!

Nov 03,2023So, I've just completed Course 4 - Helpful Websites, Chrome Extensions & Advanced Boolean to really Level up your Sourcing. I am officially "levelled-up" Thank you, Vanessa! If you don't use the the whole internet to search for talent then give this course a go. I would suggest doing the previous courses first though. Loved the new tips I have learnt and already using them AND saving more time, resulting in quicker results.

In particular, The Internet X-ray session provided me with a positive and valuable perspective on the sourcing process. I am now able to apply the learnings from this session to my daily work. Thank you for a comprehensive course 3 on social media which has been long overdue. I really enjoyed your emails recieved, encouraging me to complete. The courses to date have been done at a faster pace as we are training as a company team, but overall Courses 1 & 3 has been informative and I will practice them to build a more successful digital brand and forge a more meaningful relationships.
