Sep 21,2022met Vanessa at a TRN networking event, and after hearing her speak simply had to book her to deliver some training to the team. She is a fountain of knowledge, and the investment you make with her will certainly be worth it as opposed to spending thousands on LinkedIn. She has a great delivery method, and the training flows very easily and can also niche and tailor it to your company.

She had us mesmerized with this new approach and style. When we ask the tough questions, she has the answers!! I Highly recommend Vanessa's Sourcing training to ANYONE wanting to learn about Sourcing “the right way”. Already putting this into good practice! Sep 13,2022I recently attended both the intermediate and advanced Recruitment training courses that Vanessa offers. The best way to describe the wealth of information that was shared with us is "mind absolutely blown". The information obtained is phenomenal. The presentation was fun and interactive. Vanessa is a delight and her cheerfulness is contagious, this is the best training sessions I have attended. Not once did I feel like I was going to fall asleep, and taking into account that I have a teething baby and could do with a nap, that in itself says allot. It was gripping, fun and exciting, and left you wanting more after every break. Thank you for all the info, the jokes and laughs and for your authenticity.
