Jan 21,2025Super séjour en Afrique du sud au mois de novembre avec The Travel Café Cape Town, Nous avons pu organiser notre voyage avec François qui est toujours resté disponible et nous a concocté un voyage selon nos souhaits. Avant de partir nous avons reçu le programme de notre voyage sur une application dédiée qui s’est avérée très utile une fois sur place. Nous avions ainsi notre programme et le rappel des consignes pour chaque jour. Sur la durée de ce voyage de 14 jours tout a été respecté : le programme, les horaires, les visites réservées et payées, les réservations des vols intérieurs, la présence des guides sur tous nos déplacements….. Nous avons pu profiter de chaque moment grâce à une organisation au top, la grande disponibilité d’une équipe de professionnels, la gentillesse et la serviabilité de nos guides et de nos hôtes, l’hôtel au cap puis ensuite les lodges étaient bien situés, très propres et confortables, tous les repas variés et copieux. Grâce au Travel Café Cape Town, notre rêve est devenu une réalité, je recommande cette agence sans aucune réserve à tous ceux qui veulent découvrir l’Afrique du sud et profiter d’un voyage de rêve. Jan 16,2025JD at the Travel cafe was super helpful in organising our trip to the Cape. Practical suggestions and advice and the whole week went off perfectly. Thank you - would definitely use them again when we next visit. The best aspect was their good communication with us.

Jan 09,2025Encore merci pour ce voyage qui restera longtemps dans ma mémoire il fait parti du top 3 :) les repas étaient copieux et excellents. Points forts: Cap de Bonne Espérance pingouins otaries et toute la péninsule. Boo-Cap. catamaran. les différents safaris et croisières et tout ce qui a été proposé... Mathieu a été fabuleux sur tous les points (connaissances, cultures, rapports humains,...). être en petit groupe. Ta rencontre à Starry Starry Night

Nov 24,2024We loved everything and most highly recommend The Travel Cafe😄! Hanjia put together an amazing itinerary tailored to our interests, made all the arrangements and stopped by our hotel on day one to make sure everything was as we had planned. It felt like she was with us at every step in our journey. Day trips from Cape Town for whale watching, wine tasting and exploring the Cape were great. Our stays at both Thabamati Luxury Tented Camp and Kings Camp were both outstanding for game drives and gourmet dining. We saw more and different animals than we had hoped. The Kings Warren Hide at King’s Camp was fantastic for photography and close observation of animals from elephants and hippos to dragonflies and turtles! Travel Cafe has got it locked in! We will certainly recommend Travel Cafe to any of our friends or relatives considering an Africa trip.

It was awesome to know we don’t have to worry about anything during our Mauritius honeymoon! We felt so safe! We said the whole time we are só thankful!! Everything was PERFECT! The way you made me and Jaco feel. You were so excited for us and made EVERYTHING SÓ Special!! Just do everything the same as you did! You are great! Thanks a million!!!!!!!! You are a 10 out of 10!!!!!!! Everything was perfect, from the first appointment untill we landed back in South Africa. We got a personalised booklet, an app that had everything on it and a very special pink bottle and beautiful bag! Wow - You are just excellent and would recommend you to ANYONE! Oct 14,2024Séjour familial avec 2 enfants de 11 et 14 ans. Accueil chaleureux et disponible. Tout était organisé de façon à nous rendre le séjour plus facile. Nous avons apprécié toutes les adresses proposées. Tout était abordable. Pour certains, jamais en France, nous aurions osé pousser la porte de ces restaurants. Nous avons tellement adoré ce voyage. Tout était intuitif. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Juste incroyable! Ça ne se raconte pas ça se vit! Inqualifiable. Merci François Lebrun, JD et leur team

Oct 12,2024I would recommend the boutique travel agency Travelcafé. We went for a self driving circular tour in early September 2024 starting from Cape town. The travel was a great mix of what we were exactly looking for and also attention to the pace in the travel, in terms of distances or load in the program, so one would not feel overrushed and could experience and relax one self, a discreet team in the background present in case of need before, during and after. We were not crying the last day of the travel before heading to the airport, as this last day was still dotted with plenty of marvelous sites/experiences along the Garden Wine Route. We have enjoyed every minute of the travel program and suggestions.

Jun 26,2024This trip was a dream come true! From the moment I saw the itinerary, I knew I had to go and take my sister with me. The planning and getting there was seamless, with the help of JD and The Travel Cafe Cape Town. We really appreciated the Zoom calls prior to our trip to get more details and have questions answered. It was all amazing but the biggest surprise for me was how much I loved Cape Town. What a beautiful, clean, friendly, metropolitan city. There was so much to see and do, without spending hours on a bus. The small group is the way to go. Such a personalized, attentive feeling you get at every destination! Timbivati was amazing but different than what I thought it was going to be like. Honestly I thought there would be more wildlife and not so hard to get a sighting. But it was kind of like going on a hunt! The landscape was breathtaking, at sunrise and sunset. Not having a whole bunch of other vehicles, competing for space and sightings was also great. Definitely a more private experience. We loved the stops to chat, eat, and drink midway through the drive. It was such a special, luxury camp, and the setting, food, ambiance and people were fantastic. Truly a boutique five star experience, in the middle of the bush! Victoria Falls, the Royal Livingstone Hotel and steam train dinner just capped off a perfect trip. Everyday we said, “oh it can’t get much better than this” but it always did. There were surprises around every corner. Our trip was EPIC. We truly felt like family by the end and were happy to meet and spend time and experiences with Francois and your mom and dad. For Kathy and I, family is EVERYTHING so it was great to feel like we fit right in with yours ❤️. We loved having a personal, professional photographer too!!! So many great pictures to cherish and remind us how blessed we were to experience Africa, on an authentic adventure that will remain embedded in our hearts. Thank you.

Jun 24,2024Our four week trip to South Africa and Namibia in April was probably our best ever! We owe this to the personalization, care, and attention to detail provided by our customized itinerary constructed by the team at The Travel Cafe in Cape Town, South Africa. JD, Francois, and their team KNOW Africa. They spent lots of time getting to know us as travelers via ZOOM and WHAT'S APP calls in order to plan an itinerary that fit our desired level of activity and willingness to pursue adventure. Each day of our travels was varied and full of opportunities to learn about history, culture, good food, amazing countrysides, and experience beautiful people. Some days we toured independently with detailed suggestions and options, while other days we met experts who were passionate to share their knowledge with us. The Travel Cafe also provided guided or small group experiences, which more accurately describes our travels in Namibia. The variety of experiences was truly mind-blowing! When traveling, it is impossible to anticipate all that might occur, but we felt so enriched each night when we reviewed the treasured memories of our day. A priority for us when we travel is to feel and be safe. The Travel Cafe took care to plan our trip with the same goals. We were provided with complete details, lovely accommodations and delicious foods every step of the way. Being the focus of such thoughtful planning made us confident that we were well-taken-care-of. We also knew that JD, Francois, and the team were available for questions at literally any time. Such contact was not needed due in large part to the advanced planning by The Travel Cafe. Contacts were focused primarily on our exuberant sharing about each wonderful day. Our trip went off without a hitch and budget was just as expected. We are already planning our next trip to Africa in two years. So much to experience! We trust JD and Francois to help us see more of South Africa and neighboring countries. Can't wait!

May 09,2024Highly recommend choosing The Travel Café for your trip! The personal attention, eye for detail and the great hidden gems that they know made our trip to Namibia complete! It was the most amazing trip and we loved it!! From cozy b&bs, to beautiful safari lodges and great activities and taking care of arranging the rest of the travel. You can simply get on a plane and not worry about anything, because they took care of it before you thought about it.

Dec 28,2023C est un peu sur un coup de tête que je suis partie...et je ne le regrette pas. Organisation parfaite, hebergement au top, guide plus que compétent et réactif, choix des excursions ideal. Alternance de visites et de randonnées dans des endroits magnifiques. Petite visite au centre de réhabilitation de moholoholo plus qu enrichissant. Magnifique pays même si on n occulte pas les problèmes..

Dec 28,2023Bonjour François et JD, De retour d'un séjour du 27 novembre 2023 au 16 décembre, passé en Afrique du Sud, par "Thé Travel Café", nous tenons à féliciter François et JD et toute leur équipe, sans oublier Florence qui nous à accompagnée du début à la fin de notre périple, pour la qualité de leur prestation,le voyage à été organisé de façon parfaitement millimétré d'un bout à l'autre jusqu'au moindre détail, dans un petit livret très bien construit. Vous nous avez fait découvrir un bien joli pays qui mérite franchement d'être visité. Alors si les lecteurs de ce petit message souhaitent visiter ces paysages Africain, je peux témoigner que Thé Travel Café est une excellente adresse que je recommande vivement sans hésiter. Ces deux personnes sont très accueillantes, parfaitement organisées, et ce qui ne gate rien très sympathiques. Alors une dernière fois Bravo et Merci. Alain et Monique.

They were so helpful and professional and together we created the perfect itinerary for our trip through South Africa and Namibia. Their expertise and genuine passion Africa showed through our conversations and that is definitely what resulted in the unforgettable trip we made. Throughout the whole trip we were worry free and didn't encounter any unexpected circumstances which was ideal. Would recommend for a trip through Africa!

Merci aux équipes sur place pour leur disponibilité, pour les liens que j'ai pu tisser également avec les locaux. Un grand merci également à Ruben, Eddy, David etc...😍. Que du bonheur d'avoir fait votre connaissance. Pour ceux qui seraient tentés par une aventure dépaysante n'hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçus. Bonne gastronomie également.
