May 13,2024Definitely a scam. Look at their ratings on every possible site. Why is this rating not closer to 97% since they claim that this is their success rate? Why is the average rating across the board so low? Why are all their positive 5 star reviews the same? They talk about communication every time. You can threaten people all you want. You can say that I was an aggressive customer when I have not once replied or came in contact with any of you. Stop giving money to these scammers. Math doesn't lie. These people do.

May 12,2024Zero results. Unsuccessful at obtaining an unlock for me. They send lots of emails telling you they are “working” for you and threatening you if you write bad reviews. They also Constantly remind you there are NO refunds. I would NOT recommend, especially due to their Zero refund policy, even when they fail.

I bought a phone that wasn't compatible with my cell company but of course I thought something was wrong with it. So I enlisted the help of theunlockingcompany.com and although they couldn't get the codes right away and I ultimately had to send the phone back they kept me informed. I recommend them every day all day nobody else.

May 03,2024After several days they sent me two very long emails saying how hard it was to unlock my phone, that they couldn't unlock my phone, and that they will keep trying forever, and there are no refunds. They contradict themselves so many times, saying they do the unlocking through a common server that every unlocking company uses, and then they say that they make phone calls and have 100s of partners. They also say that if you try to reverse the charges on your credit card they will blacklist your phone.

May 01,2024Scammers we can’t unlock ur phone so we keep your money do yourself a favor close there site no one is unlocking newer phones online all require remote unlocks don’t even by carrier phones being scammed 600$ on unlocking services there all the time we can’t unlock them u got these people threatening Imei blacklist I say go for it you’re still a scammer and I doubt my phone company will Block a good line lmao dumb scammers .. unlock base the unlocking company dr sim and I will charge back blacklist my one I that’s blackmail……smh only a scammer would say that Will be putting thmn on anti scam YouTube channels as well as all the screen recording start to finish hopefully it gets the word out and probably Reddit Might wanna read you’re email header all you phone services are scams it says if u charge back we will blacklist your phone that’s blackmail

They are 100% not going to do anything with your imei number but use it against you to black list your phone when you ask them what’s going on or ask for a refund. They are only in the business to scam thousands of people a day. They must be raking in several thousands a day for running this scam. Everyone should get together to serve them with a class action lawsuit. Il be looking into the business to serve them with papers. Be looking on google soon for the lawsuit. Y’all have a good day and do not send these guys any money! And good reviews are from them selfs and other.

Apr 25,2024Their service did not unlock my phone, no offer to refund me for the failed attempt. They tell you it's possible you'll get an unlock weeks or months down the line. Company threatens to blacklist your phone IMEI as stolen if you do a credit card chargeback, so your only option is to write a review letting others know not to use them.
