Hands down because they honestly have the best prices around and are super fast at getting your device up and running. Any questions you might have you can always reach then don't matter the time of day or even the day of the week they are ALWAYS available. The speak to you in such a kind manner and understand every situation. Also if there is any issues they email you right away to let you know. This time around my head has been all over the place and the.phone I was trying to unlock was already unlocked, I had already paid them. I reached out to the and mannnnnn even tho their web page says strictly and in bold letters NO REFUNDS I got a full refund for my mistake. 😊🙏 Simply the best unlocking company ever! Thank you guys.

Although they were unable to unlock my device they gave me a 100% refund and said they'd continue to work on unlocking my device free of charge. Jul 13,2024Yeah they are not a great service. I do appreciate them being on top of the email but they couldn't unlock a old phone which on their website they advertised it. They should not be putting it on the list knowing they wont be able. They should be more upfront on the things they can control and not thinking for a miracle. Be warn on your terms. Just buy a unlock phone and get rid of the old phone. I was going to fight for a refund but hey it is what it is.

Jul 04,2024Edit* i originally stated my date of service was in March, and i was mistaken it was April 6th, 2024* Im leaving another review for this thief and liar because he replied to my previous review, stating he would "never blacklist someones phone" well thats obvious because as stated in my last review, he CAN NOT BLACKLIST your phone. But to prove my claim that hes a liar, (ive tried numerous ways to post a screenshot of his email, but trustpilot doesnt let you post screenshots) heres his words copy and pasted "Please do not threaten with an unnecessary charge-back or ANYTHING negative without cause, we consider that fraud & have full authority to BLACKLIST THE PHONE using the IMEI (Terms & Conditions). Unfortunately, in this industry with the huge amount of fraud/scammers..." ill be happy to forward the email unedited for anyone who would like to see it. Anyone who has bothered to read any of the excessively wordy text on his website will recognize that statement mentioned MANY times. I have the emails from him stating my unlock will be delivered in 1-72 hours. I then have emails from him saying roughly "cant do it. Its just the business". In Colorado, if a business, or person representing a business sells a service, and does not deliver that service, and does not offer a refund or credit, that person can be charged with theft by contract/contractor. And thats exactly what this guy did. I have the receipt CLEARLY STATING 1-72 hours my service will be delivered. After 144 hours i emailed them asking wheres my service? Heres a copy & paste from his reply: "The unlocks weren't available quite yet because there's so many variables when unlocking the phone: specific IMEI, supplier access, health of server, time of year, demand, age of phone, etc. etc. but instead of just giving up we're actually going to mark down your email and IMEI and continue to keep working on your order by submitting it into the manufacturer server every day on our own time/money for the next few weeks / months and when it finally becomes available we're going to email that..." But he insures he will work endlessly and even on his own time to make sure my unlock gets done. Dude. You enter an imei into a computer via a developers acct from samsung. (Developers accounts give the account holder access to the tool needed to unlock their phone dont tell anyone though, cuz guys like this may get in trouble for profiting off of samsungs software thats issued for the development of apps) Dont act like your writing the program to unlock it. Ive informed Samsung of your misuse of their developer acct. Please, dont believe anything I say, just look at the BBB website and PAGES UPON PAGES of complaints. Do you think everyone on there is lying? Hes had good run of scamming people for 12 years (as he states in EVERY reply multiple times). Hes profited of the general publics ignorance of cell phone service for too long. TIME TO SHUT THIS THIEF DOWN. I have all his ridiculously wordy emails, i have my original reciept and every other bit of info that proves beyond ANY POSSIBLE DOUBT, misunderstanding, or sheer ignorance that this 'company' and the person/people in charge of it are LIARS and THIEFS* (according to the colorado statute regarding theft by contract/contractor. If youre smart, take the bad review. Any negative reply from you is gonna get YOU blacklisted. And im in Nevada quite a bit.
